Hello my friends, I really wanted to take action to let our friends, brothers and sisters in the Philippines know that we care so I wrote a short letter and sent it to the President Benigno Simeon Aquino III and also Head Executive Assistant of the philippines PERPETUA B UNICO. I also sent this letter to the Mayor of Manila Alfredo Lim. I requested the letter to be sent to churches and if possible the press. Thank you for the word press support and the thousands of you who sent me emails in support of the wonderful Philippines in this hard time. The letter is below and in a few days I will be sending another letter with all of the supportive words and letters of those who gave me permission attached. Feel free to respond at the bottom or ask questions if necessary.
Dear People of the Philippines,
My name is Mikial Kenneth Millard and I represent a large group of caring individuals from around the world who have heard about the disasters that the heavy rains, flooding and landslides have caused to your country. We wanted you to know that we have a great appreciation for the wonderful people of your country and hope that your families and friends who are having hard times will persevere and take some comfort in knowing that thousands of people around the world are praying for you and wishing good things for you.
You are an amazing people with great inner strength and we as responsible people of the human family want you to know that we care about you, you are not alone in your hard times and that we hope the best for you. If you have the time please take two minutes to pray, meditate, think good thoughts or say a mantra and know that we are with you spiritually in that time.
