BootCamp Shred = My muscles are dead lol

I just finished doing Bootcamp Shred and wow I forgot that this workout is absolute murder. My arms and legs are really mad at me right now lol =). Here is some of the stuff we did in the workout.

1. Side kicks
2.front kicks
3.Round house kicks
4. Push ups stationary
5. Pushups in motion
6. Grape vine
7. Side crunches
8. Standing crunches
9. Front knee raises
10. Side knee raises
11. Jumping jacks modified
12. front punches
13. Squat jumps
14. Speed bag punches
15. kick punch combos
16. on the floor back kicks
17. jogging in place and a whole lot more moves of muscle torture. =)

It was a crazy workout , 63 minutes of high intensity work but somehow I feel great right now. If you want to try the workout the dvd is Billy Blanks Boot camp Shred and the DVD is amazing. Take care and be safe everyone.
