The breath left from my lungs
misting up the mirror

and then the breath became life
the life then became a form
the form became more solid until
I could see it was an introverted
version of myself
I spoke words that the form
began to speak backwards
my hair was brown and its hair
had no color
then a flame engulfed the form, the words, the breath
and all of it was untied,
and the breath disappeared from the room
as I inhaled it back into my lungs
then upon recounting this activty
I pondered on my relationship to the world
and how it was the inverted image
of all that I was.

Hello everyone, wow things have been very busy as of late. The school

year is coming back in and that means most of my focus goes into preparing my children for school with supplies and pep talks as well as preparing myself for the yearly grind of writing my novels plus traveling back and forth for school activities in every type of weather. Lots of money is also spent around this time for school supplies and new clothing which thank god for the internet is slightly easier to purchase than it was years ago. Parenting is an interesting thing in itself but parenting during the school year is on a very different level. I hope you are all doing well. Feel free to drop a quick update on how you are doing at the bottom. Remember your more than readers to me, many of you have become friends. Cheers everyone.
She washes her wrist
scrubbing the dirt with her palm
the water runs slowly
its rythym bringing back memories of filth
the soap speaking of previous times she
went through this routine
her purity in question
until a glance down
and the stain was no longer there
and suddenly the painful memories

of the dirt were no longer so vivid
she stopped and looked into the mirror
wondering if this was a new opportunity for purity
or if her wrist would be dirty once again
she threw away the paper towel she used
to dry her hands
straightened her shoulders
and walked out of the bathroom
and into the unknown.

Hello all of you wonderful readers. So I finally completed the 49 day meditation challenge which I believe I am going to just continue from here meditating everyday. It has really become a habit. The challenge was amazing, it really tested my dedication and determination. I learned

a lot about myself as well and I believed it helped me grow exponentially. There were also many very interesting metaphysical experiences that were so brilliant they are almost unbelievable. I feel like my mental acuity and intuition have really increased. I would recommend this challenge to anyone, especially those who are transitioning into new stages of life. So in conclusion this challenge was awesome =). Take care everyone. Cheers.
I looked down at my son
as we sat on the bench near the edge
of the glimmering lake
his eyes were poised on the setting sun
my eyes were poised on him
and I wondered what beauty
his mind felt
what lasting impression this sunset

and I knew for him
I wanted to be all the glory
majesty and lasting feelings
just as that setting sun would be.
He looked away from that celestial lamp
and then to me
and we smiled at each other
then both looked back as the yellow
amber sun vanished
behind the horizon.

I am one man
but I will share my heart with the world
Guido Reni’s archangel Michael (in the Capuchin church of Santa Maria della Concezione, Rome) tramples Satan (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
I have one will but I will spread it across the universe
So many of my fellow humans need help,
they need love, they need opportunity
and I want them to have it
but I am just one man.
So if as a man I cannot get the job done
then I will become an angel,
If the goal speeds away from me
then I will run faster after it.
I have howled to the sky in the woods
and asked the sky why do I feel
this love for my fellow humans
and the silence in response was enough
enough for hope, enough beyond understanding,
so as one man I will spread
my love and hope to others and in that
way one will become many
and together we the many will
change the world forever
we will change it for my children
for your families
for the world,
and in this way of love
May share as long as credit given.
